What is Address ID?

Address ID is a free digital identity that gives you one permanent ID (like A254 8766) to manage all your addresses. Save multiple locations, share them securely, and control what others can see.

What is a Handler?

A Handler is your unique @username on Address ID. People can search for your public profile using either your Address ID or your Handler — but only your Public Address is visible in search results.

How do I share an address?

Open any saved address and use Share Link or Share QR. You can also copy the link. For public discovery, set one address as Public so others can find it via Address ID or Handler search.

Can others see my private addresses?

No. Communication, Permanent, and Other addresses are private by default. They are only visible to people you share a secure link or QR code with.

What is the difference between Communication and Permanent Address?

Your Communication Address is the primary address used for deliveries and everyday contact — you can change it anytime. Your Permanent Address represents your long-term or home address for your records. Both are private unless you share them with a link.

Are my personal documents public?

Never. Personal documents and ID numbers stored in your profile are for your convenience only. They are not shown on public pages, not included in share links, and not sold to third parties.

Can I use Address ID for deliveries?

Yes. Share a secure link or QR code with couriers so they get the exact address, landmarks, and delivery notes without you retyping details every time.

Can I change my public address later?

Yes. You can switch which address is public, turn off public visibility, or update address details at any time from your dashboard.
