We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that affect your use of core features.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially reasonable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
